AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our store team and deliver WOW! customer service.

You will assist customers with product selection, provide expert automotive advice, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure excellent customer experiences, restock and organize inventory, handle cash procedures, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Product Knowledge & Installation Services - Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
