Job summary

AutoZone is looking for a Senior Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment and support store operations with accurate product knowledge.

You will engage customers, share expert advice, and work with the team to exceed customer expectations while driving sales in a fast-paced store setting in Forest Grove, OR.

Qualifications

• Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
