Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will engage with customers, collaborate with teammates, and drive sales while maintaining store operations and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic automotive knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and ASE certification is advantageous.

• Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
