Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in Alma, GA, to deliver WOW! Customer Service and support customers with automotive parts and services. You will help customers select items, install basic add-ons, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced store.

You will work with a team, lead by example, drive sales, and uphold safety policies. Strong communication in English (and Spanish a plus) is valued for helping diverse customers and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role at a retail automotive store.
• Basic automotive knowledge is expected.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

• Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
