Overview:

• Greet and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising standards by following established floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
