Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high standards, and the ability to prioritize.

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
