Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in store operations including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
