Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
