Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Charleston, SC to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, assist customers, and support promotions while helping the team achieve goals.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced retail crew, with a focus on product knowledge, customer service, and collaboration. Must be 16+ with flexible availability; pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.50 per hour and opportunities for incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Fast-paced retail environment experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
