The Children's Place in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team and help achieve store goals with friendly, informed customer service.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, manage stock and merchandising, assist at the cashwrap, and ensure a clean, organized backroom while following loss prevention standards. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and flexibility for weekends/evenings.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks.
• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise while sharing current promotions and offer solutions for out of stock items when necessary.
• Exercise sound judgment in effectively addressing customer concerns.
• Demonstrate selling skills to positively impact conversion.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on the PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Support and maintain a neat, clean stockroom while adhering to a customer ready environment and safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard.
• Protect company assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform Store Leadership of maintenance and facility needs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Contribute focused efforts toward achievement of store goals.
• Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary.
