Qualifications

• Excellent customer engagement demonstrated with shoppers.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and call-in shifts.
• Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of customer activity and respond with urgency to assist customers.
• Greet customers and provide appropriate level of service.
• Explain value and promotions and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Contribute to store goals through selling skills and performance.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at checkout with PLACE Card education.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and signage.
• Keep stockroom neat and safe, and maintain customer-ready environment.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Follow Loss Prevention procedures to safeguard assets.
• Report maintenance and facility needs to Store Leadership promptly.
• Support store leadership to drive sales and store goals.
• Process stock as needed to ensure product availability.
