Responsibilities

• Process freight and stock duties.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance the register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Get management approval for returns/voids as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provide courteous customer service and greeting shoppers.
• Follow safety procedures and wear name tag.
• Assist merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention with cash loss prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
