Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Deer Park, NY to deliver exceptional customer service and operate the register. You will support store operations, assist with stock and merchandising, and work non-traditional hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store standards.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience in line with Puma's brand values.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs and profitability targets through effective service.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock levels.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
