Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments in a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with omnichannel needs, expediting transactions, replenishing floors, and promoting current promotions and the loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe store. Availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain product styles and benefits to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues in a busy retail environment and assist multiple customers.
