Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work part-time, flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cash register/POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer issues or escalations as needed.
• Preferred experience with customer outreach and driving customer loyalty through brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, replenish stock, and support sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
