New Balance in Las Vegas South, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge across our footwear and apparel offerings.

You will greet customers, identify needs, demonstrate product features, and guide them through the purchase with friendly, efficient service. Prior retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the Guest service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced accurately.
• Protect products by tagging and reporting shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
