Job summary

The Children’s Place in Centralia, Washington is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, knowledge of products, and effective selling techniques while maintaining merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions at the cashwrap, and supporting stock and backroom operations. 18+ required with prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with friendly, efficient service and answer questions about products.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout service at the till.
• Support cleanliness and organization of sales floor and backroom.
