Cash America Pawn is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations in the United States. Earn hourly pay between $14.00 and $17.00 with commission on transactions, plus opportunities to increase earnings through performance-driven incentives.

Qualificações

• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification where applicable.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and interacts with customers to build rapport and recommend solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in line with policies and regulations.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Communicates clearly about pawn and buy transactions and legal aspects.
• Works with staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
