Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Livermore. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, process transactions at checkout, and keep the store organized according to visual merchandising standards.

The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours, weekend/evening shifts, and overtime as needed. Prior retail experience and basic MS Office knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong team player with quick learning ability.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store routines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
