Job summary

The Children's Place in Allen, TX is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will provide excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and apply effective selling techniques to meet targets.

Maintain merchandise presentation, replenish stock, and keep a clean, organized store and backroom. You will greet customers, communicate promotions, process sales at the cashwrap, and help educate customers on the PLACE Card.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and explain promotions to customers.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stocking to brand standards.
• Process transactions at the cashwrap and educate customers on PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and store environment.
• Support loss prevention by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
