Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Glenbrook Square team. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers while assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and related tasks.

You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor, process transactions efficiently, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Prior retail experience and strong communication help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Must meet availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits.
