Job summary

EXPRESS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at Clinton Crossing to provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will assist customers with merchandise, operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Training includes SOP-driven product launches and loyalty program engagement, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months)
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
