Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Staten Island store to deliver a great in-store shopping experience. You will assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and other store tasks to keep the floor inviting.

The role requires strong customer service, basic tech skills for iPad and POS, and availability including nights and weekends. Part-time opportunities available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months
• Proficient with iPad and registers
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of customers and associates.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
