Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as per the customer service manual, assisting customers as they enter the store and during busy periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist in daily store operations including work and clean-up lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the product knowledge manual.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect company assets and info by ensuring internal controls and reporting fraud risks.
