Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization
• Set and track sales goals to improve selling skills
• Uphold company policies and standards from manuals and memos
• Assist in daily store operations, including shipments and upkeep
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual
• Aim to exceed sales targets and communicate issues to management
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Protect company assets and financial information and flag potential fraud
