Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as described in the service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge material.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information via internal controls and reporting.
