Job summary

In this hourly, non-exempt role, you will work with the store team to assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and support daily operations under the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Set and strive to improve selling skills and track sales performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations including shipments and upkeep.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge guidelines.
• Consistently aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate with store management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk to management.
