Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking candidates for an in-store customer service and sales role in the United States. The position involves delivering exceptional service, processing sales orders, assisting with financing, and achieving sales KPIs. Flexibility for opening/closing duties and basic physical tasks is required.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience and are legally eligible to work in the US. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
