Job summary

Goodwill NCW is hiring a retail team member in Wisconsin. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, customer service, and merchandise presentation in a fast-paced backroom/warehouse environment.

You will scan items, process payments, and educate customers on the Round Up and Good Points programs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and supporting a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and count money.
• Fluent in English.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Scan items and process payment accurately following cash handling standards.
• Educate customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.
• Inform customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.
• Operate telephone including answering calls and paging system.
• Ensure items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked per merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in locating items when possible or seek help if needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; complete opening/closing checklists and general cleaning including parking lot maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
