Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Retail Team Member to support daily store operations in a Wisconsin location. You will scan items, process payments, answer calls, and help maintain clean, organized backroom areas in line with merchandising standards, while providing friendly service to customers.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer satisfaction by scanning tickets and processing payments.
• Educates customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.
• Informs customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.
• Operates telephone and paging system.
• Maintains display, pulls and restocks items per merchandising standards.
• Assists customers in locating items or seeks help when needed.
• Keeps work area clean, safe, and organized; supports opening/closing checklists and general cleaning.
