Qualifications

• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and count money accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with good attendance.
• Must be able to work in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Scan tickets and process payments accurately following cash handling standards.
• Educate customers about Round Up and Good Points programs.
• Answer calls professionally and operate the paging system.
• Ensure items are displayed, pulled, and restocked per merchandising guidance.
• Assist customers in locating items or ask for help when needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area; complete opening/closing checklists and assist with parking lot maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
