Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Lindale, Texas is seeking a friendly retail associate to provide outstanding service and drive sales on the floor. You will help customers, process orders accurately, and maintain in-store standards with a positive attitude.

The role supports opening and closing duties, meets KPI targets, and collaborates with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Preferred High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
