Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service/sales associate in Washington state. You will provide exceptional service to customers and guests, process sales and cash handling, assist with credit applications, and help meet sales targets in a retail setting.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to store procedures. Any experience in consumer health products is a plus, with opportunities for growth and learning within the company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
