Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Sales Associate in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional customer service, listen to needs, present products, and close sales. You will meet sales goals and maintain brand standards while assisting fitting rooms and occasionally acting as cashier.

The role requires weekend availability, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and a High School Diploma or GED (or 6 months retail experience). Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages (discounts).
• Ability to stand long periods, read terminals, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, bend and squat as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Proactively assist customers using the UNIQLO service standard and six phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed.
• Act as cashier when required following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the floor.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
