Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Downtown Crossing location to help customers and drive sales. You will represent the UNIQLO brand, assist with product knowledge, and uphold service standards on the sales floor.

The role may involve operating as a cashier, processing shipments, and supporting management to maintain store presentation and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to move around the sales floor and stockroom with bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers by using UNIQLO service standards and following fundamental principles.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is on the floor in full size run.
• Assist management to identify and resolve store issues.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and notify management of infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
