Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 6 months retail or related experience.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visual, cleanliness).
• Utilize UNIQLO service standard and follow company principles to meet customer expectations.
• Assist fitting room standards and act as cashier when needed.
• Process shipments and ensure merchandise is displayed on the floor.
• Support management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Follow company policies and report infractions.
