Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in a full-time role to meet and exceed sales goals and maintain store standards. You will assist customers, process shipments, and help with fitting rooms while representing the UNIQLO brand and service standards.

You will also act as cashier when needed and collaborate with management to resolve store issues, ensuring product knowledge is conveyed to shoppers and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.).
• Assist customers with UNIQLO service standards and brand knowledge.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
• Act as cashier following cashier protocol.
• Process shipment and ensure merchandise is floor-ready.
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Follow all company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
