Job summary

You will help promote a great customer experience and maximize profitability while adhering to company values and guiding principles. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining visual and pricing standards, participating in visual directives, and engaging with customers through clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18+ in most states or 16+ in certain states as listed in the ad

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Supports replenishment, floor sets, and boutique organization as directed.
• Builds client relationships and promotes MAPS principles for a cohesive omni-channel experience.
