Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience. You will greet customers, process purchases, maintain storefronts, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include accurate ringing, flexible scheduling, strong communication, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Previous retail experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and safety practices
• Other duties as assigned
