FirstCash Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team nationwide. This entry-level role offers a base hourly wage between $11.50 and $14.50, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed.

Employees can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, with unlimited upside, plus benefits such as comprehensive medical/dental/vision, earned wage access, paid vacation, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend/holiday availability preferred.
