Job summary

First Cash Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers a base hourly wage plus commission and opportunities to work with a variety of merchandise and customers.

Earned wages include a typical hourly range of $11.50–$14.00 with commissions up to 8% on transactions, and comprehensive benefits. Stores generally operate 9 AM–6 PM, with some locations closed on Sundays.

Qualifications

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive customer experience.
