POP MART is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for Cumberland Mall to deliver exceptional service and bring POP MART's collectibles to life on the floor. You will welcome guests, understand their needs, and guide them to products like Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and limited editions.

You will also handle transactions, restock merchandise, maintain stockroom accuracy, and assist with receiving shipments while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer experience and build brand relationships.
• Share POP MART story, artist collaborations, collectibles, and promotions.
• Educate customers on Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and new launches.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain store presentation and safety throughout the sales floor and backroom.
