Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to energize customers, demonstrate products, and deliver memorable shopping experiences at our Santa Clarita store. You’ll greet guests, explain features, and guide them to solutions that fit their space and lifestyle.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced team, and can handle weekends, holidays, and evenings. You’ll thrive by building relationships and driving sales while upholding Lovesac

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy, while embracing change.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering brand tours, education, and confidently closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and confident decision-making.
