Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate to be the face of the brand, helping customers find solutions and keeping daily operations smooth. You’ll gain product knowledge, assist with technical services, and support inventory and store cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Prior retail experience is a plus and comfort with cash handling is essential.

What You'll Do

• Assist with technical services, including battery testing, installation, and rebuilds.

• Follow all safety rules and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
