Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate who will be the face of our brand, greeting customers, recommending products, explaining promotions, and handling sales transactions with accuracy. You will assist with battery testing and basic technical services, stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure clean, safe store conditions for customers and team members.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
