• Balance register according to company policy.
• Wrap and bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Assist with returns, voids and approvals with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention procedures and report incidents.
