Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an energetic retail associate in Diboll, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales processes on the sales floor. Roles include processing orders, assisting with financing applications when needed, and helping meet sales targets.

Candidates should be legally eligible to work in the US, be at least 18, and preferably hold a high school diploma or equivalent with some experience in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
