The Role - What You'll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. You’ll use our proprietary Service Path tools to connect with every client — turning first visits into lasting wellness relationships. With clear targets, ongoing training, and a supportive team around you, this is a role where your people skills directly drive your earning potential and career growth in the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and squat regularly throughout a shift to retrieve laundry and perform light cleaning duties.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs (e.g., laundry baskets, trash bags, retail shipment boxes).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up 8 hours per shift).
