When scheduled as Lead Shift, you’ll assist with opening/closing, task coordination, and escalating issues to store leadership, while upholding loss prevention and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions.
