Ross Dress For Less is seeking a Retail Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience for Customers. The role emphasizes friendly greeting, courteous service, and proper merchandise presentation, while following store practices and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The position requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to assist customers and colleagues across store areas, including cash handling and MOS compliance as needed.

Formación

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsabilidades

• Safety is the number one priority; maintain safe behaviors in all tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor with clear egress to exits; report unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; greet customers and assist at the register.
• Assist customers with merchandise, answer questions, and complete transactions politely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to Customer service calls and resolve issues with leadership involvement when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain merchandise, customer and team areas.
